Woman Dead in Solo-Car Crash on 5 Freeway

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (September 21, 2021) — A woman died in a solo-car accident on the 5 Freeway near Balboa Avenue last Sunday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal accident occurred around 4:21 a.m. Under unknown circumstances, a white Honda Civic crashed on the northbound side of the freeway.
 
Subsequently, paramedics and authorities responded to find the woman outside of the white Honda. Soon after, they pronounced her dead at the scene.
 
At this time, reports included no information on the two other victims who reportedly suffered unknown injuries. However, anyone with more information about this car accident on the 5 Freeway should contact the CHP to help with the investigation.
