Afternoon Rollover Crash on 15 Freeway in Barstow Sends 2 Teens to Hospital

 
BARSTOW, CA (February 21, 2023) – Two teens were injured in a rollover accident on 15 Freeway in Barstow Wednesday afternoon on February 15.
 
The accident happened around 3:02 p.m. about two miles after the Outlet Center exit. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Chevrolet Suburban was traveling on northbound on the freeway when it went into the center divider and rolled over multiple times before landing on its side.
 
San Bernardino Fire Department crews responded and found three people inside the wreckage. Two teen passengers were airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center in unknown condition.
 
The driver had minor injuries.
 
It is unclear if speed, drugs or alcohol were contributing factors in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
