SAN DIEGO, CA (April 12, 2021) — Two people were injured after a car crashes off the 5 Freeway near Coronado Avenue Sunday morning.
 
According to reports, the accident happened around 5:08 a.m. For unknown reasons, a BMW lost control and flew off the 5 Freeway. Subsequently, the car overturned down an embankment and landed on its side in a trailer park.
 
Soon after, police officers arrived and found a woman trying to crawl out of the vehicle and a man and seeking extrication by firefighters.
