Danielle Morgan Faces Murder and DUI Charges after Fatal Crash in Modesto

MODESTO, CA (December 14, 2021) – Two men died and police arrested Danielle Morgan for DUI after a fatal crash in Modesto on Saturday evening.
 
The accident happened just before 8:00 p.m. on December 11 at West Whitmore Avenue and Crows Landing Road. According to the Ceres Police Department, the suspect was driving a white 2019 Ford F-350 south on Crows Landing Road.
 
Soon after, she allegedly ran the red light at West Whitmore Avenue. She then collided into a green 2008 Nissan Altima carrying two people.
 
As a result, both the driver and the passenger of the Nissan died at the scene. The victims were both 19-year-old men. Police withheld their identities at this time.
 
Morgan, a 28-year-old Fair Oaks resident, was later arrested and booked into jail. She faces two counts of murder and a count of felony DUI.
