NEEDLES, CA (July 21, 2022) – Police confirmed that two people suffered injuries in a semi-truck accident on 40 Freeway on July 19.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at approximately 6:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, semi-truck pulled off of the roadway due to a mechanical issue. After that, a second truck drifted off of the roadway for unknown reasons. Subsequently, the second truck struck the rear of the first truck.
