Vehicle Crashes into Building and Hits 2 Pedestrians on East Rosecrans Avenue in West Rancho Dominguez

 
WEST RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA (June 8, 2022) – Two people were injured in a pedestrian accident on East Rosecrans Avenue in West Rancho Dominguez on Friday morning, June 3.
 
The accident happened around 8:06 a.m. at South Main Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Toyota RAV4 crashed into a building in unclear circumstances. The car also struck two people who were at the ATM line. The impact sent the pedestrians down on the road.
 
Paramedics immediately responded and took the pedestrians to a hospital for treatment of their injuries.
 
CHP officials are still investigating whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
