Injuries Sustained in Car Accident on Highland Avenue in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 13, 2021) – Two people suffered injuries in a car accident on Highland Avenue on August 10.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at El Cajon Boulevard around 4:35 PM.
Based on reports, an unidentified vehicle crashed into an apartment building in the area. However, the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department did not yet release the details about the circumstances of the crash.
As a result, the driver of the vehicle sustained injuries in the incident. In addition, a woman inside the apartment also suffered minor injuries. Paramedics took one injured person to UC San Diego Medical Center and the other to Scripps Mercy Hospital.
