SAN JACINTO, CA (January 12, 2022) – Two people were injured after a two-vehicle accident on Ramona Expressway in San Jacinto, Tuesday morning.
 
The accident happened around 7:25 a.m. on January 11 at Lyon Avenue. According to the Riverside County Fire Department, two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.
 
Emergency responders found two injured patients, one of them needed extrication. After extricating the trapped victim, they transported both patients to a hospital for proper treatment.
 
At this time, officers are still investigating the exact cause of the crash and factors involved.
