Rollover Crash on Highway 99 in Madera County Injures Couple

 
MADERA COUNTY, CA (February 15, 2025) – Two people were hurt in a rollover accident on Highway 99 in Madera County Thursday morning on February 13.
 
The accident happened just south of Avenue 12. According to the California Highway Patrol, a Honda CRV collided with the temporary K-Rail in the center median of the highway. It then veered onto the right shoulder, overturned, and came to rest on its right side.
 
Fortunately, the couple inside the car was properly restrained. They remained in their seats.
 
They were later extricated by Cal Fire and walked away with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash and factors involved are still under investigation.
