Two Injured after Head-On Crash on San Pasqual Valley Road

 
ESCONDIDO, CA (April 5, 2021) — Two people suffered injuries in a head-on crash on San Pasqual Valley Road on Friday, April 2.
 
Shortly after 4:30 p.m., the San Diego Police Department rushed to 18900 San Pasqual Valley Road. A spokesperson for the department said a 35-year-old man rode eastbound on a 2016 Honda RS motorcycle. Then the rider crossed over the center line into the westbound lane.
 
Police said that the motorcycle collided head-on with a 2015 BMW 328i driven by a 40-year-old woman. Her two children, ages 4 and 10, were also in the vehicle.
 
Medics rushed the motorcyclist to the hospital for treatment of multiple serious injuries. The 40-year-old driver of the BMW had a small bump on her forehead. The children were not hurt.
