Car Accident in Seal Beach Sends Two People to Hospital

 
SEAL BEACH, CA (November 15, 2022) — Two people suffered injuries in a car crash at Pacific Coast Highway and Seal Beach Boulevard in Seal Beach on Sunday.
 
The incident happened at about 4 a.m. and involved a black SUV. It was not immediately clear how the crash unfolded. Based on reports, however, the SUV struck a tree, causing it to fall down on the street.
 
According to the Orange County Fire Authority, firefighters extricated one occupant from the vehicle. The other occupant was able to get out of the car by themselves.
 
The crash left one of the two occupants with critical injuries. Both patients were taken to a local trauma center.
 
Meanwhile, the SUV sustained major damage, with its front axle detached and its front end smashed into pieces.
