Multi-Vehicle Accident on Jeronimo Road in Lake Forest Sends 2 People to Hospital

 
LAKE FOREST, CA (May 24, 2022) – Two people were hospitalized in a multi-vehicle accident on Jeronimo Road in Lake Forest on Sunday, May 22.
 
The accident happened just after noon, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Several vehicles collided, one of them struck a power pole, knocking out electricity to some nearby homes.
 
Responding paramedics found two people with unspecified injuries. They took both patients to a hospital.
 
Authorities issued a SigAlert closing Jeronimo Road between Rivendell and Greenbay drives for several hours.
 
At this time, an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
