REDDING, CA (July 18, 2022) – Emergency crews transported two people to the hospital following a motorcycle accident on Lake Boulevard on July 16.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Quartz Hill Road around 8:07 PM.
 
Based on a report, the driver lost control of the motorcycle before it crashed. Subsequently, the impact ejected both the driver and the passenger from the bike. As of now, officers with Redding Police have not yet released a report regarding the cause of the incident.
 
As a result, both victims suffered injuries. Crews transported them to Mercy Medical Center for treatment.
