EL CAJON, CA (January 10, 2022) – Paramedics sent two people to the hospital following a head-on crash on Dehesa Road on January 9.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened about 500 feet west of Sloan Canyon Road around 3:30 PM.
 
Based on a report, a white minivan collided with another vehicle head-on. However, the details that led to the crash were not immediately available. Also, it was not clear if wrong-way driving caused it.
 
As a result, two people suffered injuries in the incident. Emergency crews transported the victims to Sharp Memorial Hospital.
