LAKEWOOD, CA (August 20, 2021) – Emergency crews rushed two people to the hospital following a crash on Gravelly Lake Drive on August 17.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Main Street at approximately 5:00 AM.
 
Based on reports, one vehicle overturned and landed on its side. However, the details that led to the crash were unclear.
 
As a result, emergency crews evaluated at least five people at the scene. In the end, they transported two people to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
 
In addition, West Pierce Fire & Rescue said the collision led to a road closure.
