DUI Driver Hits 6 Cars on Fulton Avenue in Sacramento Sending 2 Children to Hospital

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (February 1, 2023) – Two children were hurt in a DUI crash on Fulton Avenue in Sacramento Sunday on January 29.
 
The crash happened at the intersection with Cottage Way. According to the California Highway Patrol, an alleged DUI driver hit three moving vehicles before swerving and hitting 3 parked vehicles on southbound Fulton Avenue.
 
One toddler in one of the vehicles had moderate injuries. Another child, under the age of 10, sustained minor injuries. Paramedics took both to a hospital for treatment.
 
Police arrested the suspect, a 30-year-old man, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
 
Further investigation is underway.
