Timothy Durham Killed while Crossing Street in Fountain Valley

 
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA (March 14, 2021) – Timothy Durham died in a pedestrian accident late Tuesday evening in Fountain Valley.
 
Fountain Valley police responded to the site at the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Ellis Avenue around 11:52 p.m., March 9.
 
Police said Durham, a 37-year-old Huntington Beach resident, was crossing the street when a white 2014 Jeep Compass heading eastbound struck him. He suffered fatal injuries from the impact and died at the scene.
 
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with police, officials said.
 
Drugs and alcohol were not considered to have factored into the accident, which remains under investigation.
