TEMPLETON, CA (September 27, 2022) – Three people were injured in a car accident at Vineyard Drive and Santa Rita Road in Templeton on Saturday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 2:15 p.m. on September 24. According to the CHP, two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.
 
Cal Fire SLO responded and found two people suffering from moderate injuries. One of the patients had to be extracted from their vehicle.
 
Crews partially closed the roads as first responders assessed the scene.
 
At this time, CHP officials are still investigating the exact cause of the crash and factors involved.
