Three Injured in Rollover Accident on 10 Freeway [Banning, CA]

Pickup Truck Overturns and Crashes into Homeless Camp on 10 Freeway in Banning Injuring Three People

 
BANNING, CA (June 15, 2022) – Three people were injured in a rollover accident on 10 Freeway in Banning on Tuesday morning, June 14.
 
The accident happened around 8:30 a.m. at a homeless camp. According to the California Highway Patrol, a black Ford Mustang had a tire blow out causing it to crash into a silver pickup truck.
 
The pickup truck then lost control and rolled over, crashing through a fence and landing on a tent at the homeless encampment.
 
As a result of the crash, three people at the encampment suffered unspecified injuries. Responding paramedics transported them to a hospital for treatment.
 
CHP officials are still investigating the accident to determine the cause and liability.
