SHANDON, CA (March 2, 2022) – At least three people suffered injuries in a head-on crash on westbound Highway 41 on February 24.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Highway 46 at approximately 10:52 AM.
 
Based on a report, a gray Chevrolet Malibu and a silver SUV collided head-on. However, the details that led to the accident were not immediately available.
 
As a result, two people sustained moderate injuries in the incident. In addition, another person had minor injuries. Immediately, paramedics transported the patients to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center for treatment.
 
The crash initially blocked the westbound lane of Highway 46.
