Injuries and Damage Sustained in Accident on Highway 29 in American Canyon
AMERICAN CANYON, CA (May 5, 2021) – At least three people suffered injuries in an accident on Highway 29 on May 4.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at South Napa Junction Road around 7:40 PM.
Based on a report, a Mercedes-Benz was on South Napa prior to the crash. For unknown reasons, the 50-year-old driver told her child passenger to get out of the vehicle. Then, she drove into the highway, striking a 2003 Toyota Camry.
As a result, the woman suffered injuries in the incident. Emergency crews took her to Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa for treatment. In addition, paramedics also transported the driver of the Camry and her child to the hospital with injuries.
