Thomas Phelan Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Norte Dame Boulevard near Jasper Drive

 
CHICO, CA (August 11, 2021) — Thomas Phelan died in a motorcycle accident on Norte Dame Boulevard near Jasper Drive Sunday.
 
According to reports, the fatal accident happened around 10:40 p.m. Per the Chico Police Department, an officer tried making a traffic stop on Phelan for a license plate issue. However, the 37-year-old sped away at a high rate of speed and crashed into a parked pickup.
 
Due to the impact, the Chico man died in the accident.
