35-Year-Old Terrence McNeal-Bonner Dies after Struck by Car in Pittsburg

 
PITTSBURG, CA (March 31, 2022)Terrence McNeal-Bonner was killed in a pedestrian accident on Highway 4 in Pittsburg late Tuesday evening.
 
The accident happened around 10:50 p.m. on March 29 just east of the Loveridge Road on-ramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, McNeal-Bonner was walking in the eastbound direction on the highway and into oncoming traffic. The driver of a gray Toyota Camry was unable to avoid him and struck him.
 
As a result, McNeal-Bonner suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. He was a 35-year-old Antioch resident.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the Camry was unhurt.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. An investigation is underway.
