Teddy Faile Dead in 2-Vehicle Crash on 91 Freeway in Cerritos

 
CERRITOS, CA (March 16, 2022) — One person died in an accident involving a big rig and another vehicle on 91 Freeway near Pioneer Boulevard on Tuesday, March 8.
 
Officials identified the victim as 60-year-old Teddy Faile, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal car crash happened around 11:24 p.m. For unknown reasons, driver Faile collided with a big rig on the eastbound side of 91 Freeway near Pioneer Boulevard.
 
Faile was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The collision forced the closure of all lanes of the freeway for several hours.
