Six Hurt in Two-Vehicle Accident on West Nicolet Street near 10 Freeway [Banning, CA]

2 Vehicles Collide on West Nicolet Street in Banning Injuring 6 People

 
BANNING, CA (March 26, 2023) – Six people were hurt in a two-vehicle accident on West Nicolet Street in Banning Thursday morning on March 23.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, two vehicles collided in front of 160 West Nicolet Street, roughly a half-mile north of 10 Freeway just after 9:00 a.m.
 
When officers arrived, they found the two vehicles smashed together in the middle of the two-lane road.
 
Occupants of both vehicles were injured. Five victims were taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries, while the sixth victim was transported for treatment of moderate injuries.
 
None of the parties was identified.
 
Banning police officers are still investigating the cause of the crash and factors involved.
