DAVIS, CA (September 7, 2021) — At least one person suffered major injuries in a two-car accident on the 80 Freeway near Old Davis Road Thursday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened near Old Davis Road before 5:00 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a minivan hauling four people and a Chevrolet Impala collided.
 
As a result, the driver of the Chevrolet Impala suffered life-threatening injuries while the occupants in the minivan sustained moderate to major injuries.
