OAKLAND, CA (November 15, 2021) – Several people suffered injuries in a multi-car accident on 580 Freeway in Oakland Friday morning.
 
The accident happened around 10:52 a.m. on November 12 at the Coolidge Avenue off-ramp. According to the Oakland Fire Department, an SUV, a red sedan and a white sedan collided for unknown reasons.
 
A photo of the accident shows the SUV with its rear tires on the hood of the red sedan. The white sedan had slammed into the back of the red car.
 
As a result of the crash, drivers and passengers involved sustained injuries but declined medical transport.
