Rollover Accident on 60 Freeway in Moreno Valley Sends 7 People to Hospital, Child Suffers Serious Injuries
MORENO VALLEY, CA (May 30, 2021) – Seven people, including a child, sustained injuries in a rollover accident on 60 Freeway in Moreno Valley Friday evening.
The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. on May 28, just east of the Gilman Springs Road exit. According to the Riverside County Fire Department, a vehicle was traveling westbound on the freeway when it overturned for unknown reasons.
As a result, seven people were hurt. Firefighters arrived on scene and treated the patients. Paramedics took the child to a hospital with serious injuries.
The age and gender of the child and extent of injuries of the six other patients were not disclosed.
At this time, the circumstances leading to the accident remain under investigation.
