LOS ANGELES, CA (October 22, 2021) – A scooter rider sustained injuries in a hit-and-run accident on Federal Avenue, Sunday evening.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened on October 17, shortly after 8:00 p.m. A gray Toyota Camry reportedly turned left from Rochester Avenue onto southbound Federal Avenue.
