BURBANK, CA (December 1, 2021) — Sadeghi Taraneh faces charges in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Palm Avenue at Glenoaks Boulevard.
 
According to a report, the hit-and-run happened Tuesday morning. For unknown reasons, 31-year-old Taraneh struck an adult victim and a child before leaving the scene.
 
Shortly after, officers responded and found the victims with serious injuries. According to police, the pair tried crossing in a marked crosswalk when the driver failed to stop before the marked limit line.
