Rosalind Kellum Struck, Killed by Vehicle on Highway 4 near Hillcrest Avenue

 
ANTIOCH, CA (August 12, 2021) — Rosalind Kellum was hit and killed by a car on Highway 4 near Hillcrest Avenue Monday night.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian accident happened around 10:55 p.m.
 
For unknown reasons, 28-year-old Kellum was reportedly sitting in the roadway’s slow lane when an oncoming black Audi struck her.
 
Not long after, paramedics responded and pronounced her dead at the scene.
 
It’s unclear at this point what drove the Antioch woman to sit on the highway. However, anyone with more information on this fatal accident should contact the CHP.
