Rosa Martinez Dead, Driver Injured in Pedestrian Crash on Nandina Avenue near Brown Street
PERRIS, CA (November 15, 2022) — An 18-year-old woman identified as Rosa Martinez, of Moreno Valley, died in a pedestrian crash.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened in the 21000 block of Nandina Avenue, just east of Brown Street at around 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 12.
