Robert Huey Dies in Tractor Accident at Belmont Avenue and Newmark Avenue

 
SANGER, CA (March 16, 2021) — Robert Huey died in a tractor accident at Belmont Avenue and Newmark Avenue Monday afternoon.
 
According to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened around 2:30 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, Huey lost control of the tractor. Investigators say he likely made a turn in his tractor and rolled down an embankment while disking his almond orchard. Per the investigation, his tractor likely crushed him in a ditch.
 
Upon arriving at the scene, First Responders pronounced him dead.
