Rider Hospitalized in Tulare County Motorcycle Accident on Avenue 416

 
TULARE COUNTY, CA (December 1, 2021) — A rider was injured in a motorcycle crash on Avenue 416 at Road 112 on Tuesday, November 30.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened around 3:40 p.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a 1994 Chrysler pulled out of a dirt extended path, southbound of Road 112. Subsequently, the vehicle collided with a motorcyclist during this maneuver.
 
Following the incident, paramedics responded to the scene and tended to the victims in this crash before airlifting at least one of them to Kaweah Delta.
 
At this time, authorities have ruled out DUI as a possible explanation for the crash. However, witnesses who can help should contact the authorities.
