Richard Neil Killed in Fresno County Car Crash

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (November 2, 2021) — Richard Neil died in a two-car accident on Central Avenue at Temperance Avenue Monday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly broadside collision happened around 7:45 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a red vehicle ran a stop sign. As a result, an oncoming white pickup truck collided with the red vehicle’s driver’s side.
 
As a result of the crash, 63-year-old Neil — believed to be the driver of the red car — died at the scene.
 
Paramedics brought the pickup truck driver to a hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
 
At this time, CHP officers have ruled out impairment as a source of the accident. However, an ongoing investigation continues.
