Coroner Identifies Woman Killed in Santa Ana Pedestrian Crash

 
SANTA ANA, CA (April 18, 2021) – Authorities identified the woman who died in a pedestrian crash Friday in Santa Ana.
 
She was 47-year-old Reyna Bravo Cristobal. She was believed to have been homeless, according to the Orange County coroner’s office.
 
Cristobal was crossing First Street west of Bewley Street when a westbound vehicle struck her just before 7:50 p.m. on April 16, the Santa Ana Police Department said.
 
First responders rushed Cristobal to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
 
The motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
 
Alcohol or drugs did not appear to be a factor in the crash. The department’s Collision Investigations Unit urged anyone with information about the crash to call them at 714-245-8219.
