SAN BERNARDINO, CA (March 26, 2021) – Authorities released the name of the man who died in a multi-vehicle accident Wednesday morning in San Bernardino.
 
The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner’s Division identified the victim as 51-year-old Raymond Michael Tsuchimoto of San Bernardino.
 
The accident happened around 8:29 a.m. on March 24 at to the intersection of North Arrowhead Avenue and Highland Avenue. Officials said multi vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
 
As a result, Tsuchimoto, who was one of the involved, suffered fatal injuries and died at St. Bernardine Medical Center.
 
The San Bernardino Police Department is still trying to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
