Authorities Identify Raymond Orchart as Victim of Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Burbank

 
BURBANK, CA (March 24, 2021) – Authorities Monday released the name of the man who died in a pedestrian accident at a Burbank intersection.
 
Around 8:50 p.m. Saturday, March 20, a vehicle struck 82-year-old Raymond Orchart, a Burbank resident, at Buena Vista Street and Victory Boulevard. When officers arrived, they found Burbank unconscious and not breathing.
 
Paramedics attempted to resuscitate him, but he died at the scene.
 
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with officers, police said.
 
Burbank Police Department is still investigating the circumstances of this accident.
