SAN BERNARDINO, CA (April 8, 2021) – Ramon Jose Lugoaceves died in a pedestrian accident Saturday afternoon at the Dumont Dunes Recreation Area.
 
The accident happened around 12:36 p.m. on April 3. According to the San Bernardino County Fire Department, an off-road vehicle struck the 47-year-old Long Beach resident.
 
Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures on Lugoaceves, but he died at the scene.
