32-Year-Old Quarann Lottie Fatally Struck by Vehicle in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 4, 2021) – Quarann Maurice Ray Lottie died after hit by a vehicle on Sunday morning.
The fatal crash happened around 5:59 a.m. on October 31 in the 8800 block of Kerns Street. Police said Lottie was standing or sitting on a commercial business driveway. The driver of a vehicle lost control while participating in a drag race and struck the victim.
As a result, 32-year-old Compton resident Lottie suffered blunt force injuries and died at the scene. A GoFundMe account was created for Lottie’s family.
At this time, the San Diego Police Department is still investigating the incident.
