BELL GARDENS, CA (February 15, 2021) — A postal worker was injured in a hit-and-run accident on Specht Avenue near Loveland Street Saturday afternoon.
 
According to Bell Gardens Police, the hit-and-run accident occurred around 3:10 p.m.
 
For unknown reasons, a driver reversed into the U.S. postal worker, pinning him against his mail truck. Soon after, the woman fled northbound on Specht Avenue without attempting to help the victim.
 
Shortly after, paramedics responded and transported the victim to a hospital for his leg injuries. However, information on the worker’s condition remains unclear.
