Three Arrested After Crash on Normandie Avenue in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 27, 2021) – A police chase ended in a vehicular crash on Normandie Avenue on September 23.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Olympic Boulevard around 6:10 PM.
 
Based on an initial report, officers with the Los Angeles Police Department received a report of a man possibly armed with a gun in the area. Subsequently, they initiated a pursuit involving a black Dodge. Then, the Dodge fled at high speeds, at times driving against traffic. In the end, it crashed into another vehicle at the intersection.
 
Afterward, the suspects exited the car and fled the scene on foot. However, officers found and took them into custody. It was not immediately clear if anyone was hurt in the collision.
 
At this point, no other details are available. Also, an investigation into this crash on Normandie Avenue is ongoing.
