LANCASTER, CA (April 5, 2021) — Phate Jones Jr. was killed after crashing into a house on 60th Street at Avenue M Thursday morning.
 
According to reports, the incident happened just before 10:30 a.m. in the Lancaster area. For unclear reasons, the 34-year-old driver crashed into a house at the intersection.
 
As a result of the accident, Jones died after having suffered grave injuries.
