Person Dies in Mira Mesa Pedestrian Accident on Mira Mesa Boulevard On-Ramp

 
MIRA MESA, CA (August 2, 2021) — A person died in a pedestrian accident on the Mira Mesa Boulevard on-ramp to the 15 Freeway Sunday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal accident happened around 3:40 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, an accident had occurred on the on-ramp to the 15 Freeway.
 
According to a witness, a woman lying on the road was receiving CPR from a Good Samaritan. Another person was at the scene, possibly the driver of the vehicle involved.
 
Soon after, authorities confirmed one fatality. However, the circumstances of this accident remain unclear.
