Person Dead in Rollover Crash on 15 Freeway

 
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (November 18, 2021) — One person died in a rollover accident on the 15 Freeway near Philadelphia Avenue on Wednesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened around 9:06 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, a Chevy Tahoe SUV rolled down a 75-foot embankment. Soon after the crash, the Riverside County coroner’s office responded to the scene to find the person unresponsive and bleeding.
 
Tragically, that person died shortly after.
 
According to a witness, multiple vehicles collided on the northbound side. However, authorities did not indicate whether anyone else was injured in this rollover accident.
