Person Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Flora Avenue

 
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (January 3, 2022) — One person died in a pedestrian accident on Flora Avenue at Ocotillo Road on Thursday evening.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the accident happened around 7:15 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck the unidentified pedestrian in the road.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
 
At this time, police have not released the victim’s name and information on the driver. However, once we receive more information on this crash, we will update our reports.
