Driver Wanted after Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Accident on Rainbow Glen Drive

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (December 20, 2021) – A pedestrian was struck by a suspected hit-and-run driver on Rainbow Glen Drive, Friday morning.
 
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, the incident happened on December 3, at about 8:50 a.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle hit a pedestrian just south of Golden Triangle Road.
 
Investigators believe that both parties may have not felt the need to file a report at the time of the accident. So, officers are now looking to speak with the driver of the vehicle.
 
The sheriff’s station described the vehicle as a brown SUV. Investigators also added that the SUV was driven by a woman.
 
Anyone with additional information should call the SCV Sheriff’s Station at (661) 260-4000 and look for Deputy Saucedo.
 
Do not leave the scene of a pedestrian accident. Pull your vehicle to the side of the road and render aid to injured victims. Immediately call for medical help if anyone sustained serious injuries.
