SAN JOSE, CA (March 17, 2023) — A pedestrian was struck by a hit-and-run driver near Tully Road and Flint Avenue on March 9.
 
According to San Jose police, the hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened around 7:00 p.m. A man, believed to be helping a family member in a disabled vehicle, began crossing southbound Tully Road outside of a marked crosswalk. Subsequently, a driver in a pickup truck who had just turned westbound onto Tully Road struck him.
 
Surveillance footage shows the driver of the four-door pickup truck leaving the scene.
 
The pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash and his condition remains unknown at this time.
