Pedestrian Suffers Serious Injuries after Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica

 
SANTA MONICA, CA (November 13, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after a hit-and-run crash on Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica Sunday last week.
 
The crash happened around 1:00 a.m. on October 31, at Third Street. According to the Santa Monica Police Department, the pedestrian was walking at the intersection when a car struck him.
 
After the crash, the involved driver did not stop to render aid leaving the pedestrian with serious injuries.
 
Responding paramedics took the pedestrian to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
Security images were released of the possible hit-and-run vehicle, described as a white Infiniti G-series sedan with no front license plate, which will have sustained major damage to the windshield on the passenger side, police said.
