SAN JOSE, CA (November 11, 2024) — A pedestrian suffered serious injuries in a hit-and-run accident on 11th Street and Julian Street on October 18.
 
San Jose Police officers released surveillance video seeking witnesses’ help in searching for the suspect who left a pedestrian accident around 6:50 p.m. For an unknown reason, the driver attempting a turn struck the pedestrian walking in a crosswalk at the intersection. Subsequently, the driver of the small black SUV, which officers believe was a 2013 to 2019 Ford Escape, left the scene.
 
The victim suffered major injuries but was soon stabilized.
